R A L L Y
From the beginning, the annual event know as "RALLY" has been the welcomed annual opportunity for Daimler & Lanchester enthusiasts to gather in an informal, festive atmosphere, admire fine examples of classic -and sometimes new- British cars, and to make/renew friendships.
Rallys have been held in a number of settings in both the US and Canada over the years, with the concentration of locations in the North East. In many instances, the home location of the volunteer Rally organizer has played a part in the location selection.
This year's 30th annual gathering will be September 19-21, and has been arranged by PA members John & Linda Spillman. The Rally will be held at the Pennsylvania resort know as Allenberry, located in Boiling Springs, PA. The resort is in a lovely setting along Yellow Breeches Creek. The club will have a private 15 room separate lodge building that also includes a club suite.
The Susquehanna Valley Vintage Sports Car Club (SVVSCC) will be holding their 18th "Meeting of The Marques" on Sunday, the 21st on the same field.
